| Digitization and the development of smart cities are the backbone of enterprises in new generation. On 12 April 2023, Mr. Zhang Peng, Senior Vice President of H3C, Chief Digital Officer and Director of the Digital China Research Institute was invited to the “Hang Zhou: Embracing a smart future” business promotion conference at the InnoEX 2023, sharing a Story about Digitalization of Traditional Hangzhou Enterprises and New Talents. Mr. Zhang says, “H3C as a digital solutions leader, has grown into the main force of digital infrastructure in the progress of building a Digital Zhejiang and practicing in Hangzhou City Brain. We have made great contribution to the digital transformation of local enterprises in Hangzhou. Data is used for urban development and is the key to smart city construction. Taking traffic management as an example, along with the rising speed of city development such as traffic congestion and parking difficulties have spread from first-tier cities to second- and third-tier cities. H3C makes full use of big data on travel needs, flexibly customizes public transportation routes, improves the traffic management level for the government, and solves people's residence and traffic problems in Hangzhou.

H3C linked up talents from various departments to build a digital China
People are at the heart of the digital city. As a smart city service provider, H3C has linked up 12 departments, such as the National Development and Reform Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Finance Bureau and more; covering 39 sub-scenarios of talent discovery, job intelligent matching; 37 business systems have been opened, such as social security, intellectual property rights, and high-tech enterprise identification. It saved 59% of business time and served 360,000 human resources.
With the further improvement of one-stop solutions in cloud, big data and artificial intelligence, H3C has been strengthening the digital capability and intelligence. As an important participant in Hangzhou's urban transformation and construction, H3C will continue to give full play to its advantages in the field of digitalization, promote the digitalization process of the province and even the whole country, and provide strong support for the construction of digital China.
